Business Activities of LVPG Company

Question: This report is about analysis of the business activities of a trade fair for decision making in the future business of LVPG company. Answer: Calculations of Different Cost and Revenue Generated by LVPG The table shown in the above section is showing the calculations of different costs and revenue generated by LVPG in the trade fair. Total revenue profit earned (per activity) (a) Trade Fair: LVPG earned the profit amount by selling the products such as computers, foods, sports, builders, books, vehicles, wine etc. The table and diagram are showing the profit generation from the different products. In the given table, the amounts of earning from different products are given (Helbaek, Lovaas Mjolhus, 2012). The total amount of profit from the sell is AUD 91029.47. (b) Sales Representative As per the analysis done in this report, the highest amount of profit achieved by sales representative is Kylie (Pfaff, 2013). The amount of highest profit was AUD 46494.30. Shane is holding the profit amount of AUD 26526.14, Sheila has the profit amount of AUD 10629.64 and Jarah has the profit amount of AUD 7379.40. Total hours worked, sub-totaled by each (a) Trade Fair The result of the calculation is showing in the above table and chart. It is showing that the sales representatives spent maximum time in selling the food and wine. The times used for selling food and wine 12.26 hours and 10.90 hours respectively. The total amount of time spent is 62.66 hours by the sales authorities of the company (May, 2013). (b) Sales Representative As per the analysis, the sales representative Kylie has spent more than 23.85 hours for the sell and distribution activities. Beside this Jarrah has spent least time in these activities. The total time spent for the sell and distribution activities by all the sales representatives is 62.66 hours. LVPGs Five Best Customers by Total Sales According to the above shown table and chart, the best customer accordance to the total sales are BabiesRUs, bluestailwines, DSEVic, MyGrub and readit respectively. After completing the total analysis, it has been observed that readit has generated highest sales customers and MyGrub was the least. The total amount of income generated by the company in the particular time period is AUD 24212. LVPGs Five Worst Customers by Total Sales According to the analysis done in this case, worst customer accordance to the total sales are allbooz, Bobsbits, jobsmgtco, plonk2u and redwhite respectively. After conducting the whole analysis, it has been found that Plink2u is the lowest sales generator and allbooz is the highest sales generators. The total value of the sale was the amount of AUD 5294 respectively (Wimmer Rada, 2013).heet of this report.
